I think this is pretty much the only vaguely boyish slime in all of manga and anime that I ever saw. Even Rimiru is mostly androgynous in the human form since it's based on Shizu, but either way the original form is that basic RPG slime body anyway and that's what ought to count for the sake of this point. Including transformation skills would be silly.
