I wonder if we will see some kinda “goddess” in this world (the raws are only ahead by like one chapter instead of 20 so not much progress story wise), bc Slime chan does have her own free will versus some divine force leading her to right in front of where OG lady jelly was attempted murdered unless you count the other slime possessed talking about how she got her body lol

Been thinking that for a while. Like the goddess decided this chick was too rotten and needs a new soul to take over her post.

Normally in such magical settings, powers like sainthood would be tied to the soul and not the body. The Slime being able to figure out how to use saint powers is odd.

Plus the lucky coincidence of the slime meeting a kind stranger slime that teaches her about controlling freshly deceased corpses, then coming across a saint of all bodies that JUST HAPPENS to be named "Jelly".
So many coincidences one after the other in a world where magic is real and there is a goddess that guides people in mysterious ways.

i just realized on page 2 she was instantly recognized as a 'saint', i guess they all do technically wear the same dress/uniform? tho i wonder other than it being in history/fairy tale books throughout the years how quickly someone would recognize others that way if not some fake uniform or so to sneak around with but i don't think theyre gonna introduce another "fake" saint at this point versus a saint not fitting their image

i think the original 'soul' died but idk if any reincarnator had to deal with any body they inhabit with a shared conscious (tho there was a throwaway ygo joke in that one slave's 'expectations' harem story lol)
