There is a spider timeline and a future timeline when the reincarnations are grown up. As for Kumoko, as a spider she had a shorter gestational period. That means she was born significantly earlier than a human baby would.

Kumoko is the only one with the 'Immortal' skill which makes the user unable to die within the system. The 'Immortal Body' or 'Undying Body' that Sophia has is a different skill entirely that raises almost all resistances and allows the user to survive a fatal attack with 1 hp once every day. Merazophis, Wrath(oni), Demon Lord and Potimas do not have this skill at all, the requirement to have it is to have the True Ancestor title exclusive to vampire races. The last 2 mentioned are probably pseudo-immortal only because of their ridiculous stats, vitality skills and race.

As for Shiro and Kuro,

@solmeggido Because which Appraisal Skill is common, very few individual raise its level. From Ch.35, one of the strongest human mage has level 8.
At the beginning of the series the Appraisal skill at low level was very useless for Kumoko as well.
You need to spam it a damn lot if you want to level it up.
So the vampire kid is not discovered as vampire yet.

Also.... the real reasons that not many people use Appraisal because.... (Explained in LN)

It is rude to use Appraisal on other people without consent as it induce uncomfortable feeling of be leer at and...
If you use it on any monster that uncomfortable feeling trigger the monster aggro on you.
Yup, the reason our Kumoko got attack by almost every monster in the Labyrinth is that she use Appraisal on everything...

Hmm... Typically it's the MC that's a baby in the beginning of an isekai reincarnation story. When you actually see it from the perspective of an older MC, like in this case, it kind of feels creepy. It's not made any less creepy by that baby being a blood sucker.
