I think the usual take on another death in the afterlife is that you just cease to exist at all. Gums up the works of the universe in some settings too, since they require the reincarnation cycle.

i actually believe this is the strongest dude in all of manga, not the most invincible, but the one most dangerous. He doesn't even need to say die to kill/destroy/erase someone/something, he can kill anyone that has fighting spirit or killing intent, he doesn't even need to see or know where his target is. truly OP.

I found some weakness of him that need to be tested in further chapters
1. One instant kill AOE spell, wide enough so he cant dodge, faster than his thought, and maybe deployed from a machine/magic tool to remove any killing intent. Something like a wide laser beam from satellite maybe?
2. Unintended killing, so instead of targetting/directing killing intent to MC, destroy a boulder near him so he gets hit by stray peebles
