For anyone interested in knowing what happens during the confrontation between the ex CF, it's different than the novel:
In the manga, she's much more apologetic and isn't unhinged and saying anything like she's a chosen one, at least not during the confrontation fight. In fact, she doesn't even participate in the fight and wasn't aware of what her party was up to with wanting to kill other parties for their keys. In the novel, she's a very willing participant in the fight and is completely deluded by narcissism, even resorting to actually calling the MC trash. Manga is totally different, she seems genuinely remorseful, which is strange as it doesn't really explain why she just ditched him so easily. Then again, they're in the middle of another fight at the moment, so who knows what her reasons will end up being later on in the manga. So far, they've pretty much changed her entire character.
