For anyone interested in knowing what happens during the confrontation between the ex CF, it's different than the novel:

In the manga, she's much more apologetic and isn't unhinged and saying anything like she's a chosen one, at least not during the confrontation fight. In fact, she doesn't even participate in the fight and wasn't aware of what her party was up to with wanting to kill other parties for their keys. In the novel, she's a very willing participant in the fight and is completely deluded by narcissism, even resorting to actually calling the MC trash. Manga is totally different, she seems genuinely remorseful, which is strange as it doesn't really explain why she just ditched him so easily. Then again, they're in the middle of another fight at the moment, so who knows what her reasons will end up being later on in the manga. So far, they've pretty much changed her entire character.

AFAIK what happens to her is this:


Lean betrays Arc because, after the guild assessment, because she sees that her own level cap is extremely high while Arc’s is only level 1. She starts believing she belongs with stronger people, joins Allen’s S-rank party, and abandons Arc.

Later, when Arc becomes powerful and defeats Allen’s party, Lean realizes she made a huge mistake. She regrets leaving him and thinks that if she had stayed with Arc back then, she could have been the one standing beside him.

But Arc does not personally take revenge on Lean. He does not chase her down or kill her. Her punishment is more like karma: she loses her chance with Arc, falls into regret, and later gets caught up in the disaster surrounding Allen’s party. Her fate is left grim, with signs implying she may have died or been badly harmed after Allen’s group is targeted.
