So might be a endurance and if he survive xx minutes he will pass and obtain that future self with all his past selves plus the class.

He'll probably gain the ability to talk at a later point after he's leveled up some. It's honestly understandable that he can't talk yet since Gray's basically still a child since his growth was held back for so long, thanks to all that happened. Since all the monarch descendants can level up alongside Suho, I imagine the results of the class change quest will also have an effect on them or they'll maybe get their own form of "class change" at some point that will allow both Gray and Esil to have more prominence in the story (Esil might be able to talk, but her current weakness hinders her ability to be more useful in fights, so both Gray and Esil need some kind of change/buff.)

There is no "Him from the original universe" since Jinwoo and Cha Hae-In only got married and had him in this timeline.

By chapter 45 of og Solo leveling Mc was already on par/stronger than most s class warriors, so pacing seems better

He was dodging an s class archer like it was nothing and fought the possessed dude who could be a high rank s class. I wouldn't be surprised if he's past on the level with most S ranks by the end of his job change quest. Also the guild just had a meeting about him being a "false ranker" so he's likely going to get retested soon. This one has had more flashbacks an exposition dumps and fewer meetings. Three different times they have had a character get zapped a bunch of knowledge and the chapter is mostly flashbacks.
