There is of course the possibility that an enemy can take control of the MC's weapon. But if such an enemy appears, he would behave differently than the demon (not charging into the MC) and he would have some drawback stat-wise to balance this powerful ability.
Maybe the demon is strong, fast, resistant AND has powerfull abilities but it's highly unlikely.

And in a world of wild supposition, anything is possible. Maybe the demon releases an invisible and odorless toxin, should the MC stop breathing?

Finaly, I think the recall of the dagger is "teleportation". After he launched his weapon on the elf boss (and the dagger goes far away), he stabs him with it a few moments later. I don't think MC used his speed nor his telekinesis power to call the dagger back because the elf would have noticed it.

unfortunately, she only appears for the remainder of the tower Jin-woo hasn’t finished yet in the story. I’ve read up to 193 of the slightly edited MTL novel, but so far no other mention of her.
