So any top guild who gets the MC instantly topples the balance between them, thats why the 'neutral' guild wanted him, so the others wouldnt have such power to take even the country. Now, hes probably joining his friend's guild and make it become a new top guild on the spot without giving the others too much power. If anything they'd be slighly below at first because of the rest of the hunters (the A and B ranks) who would prefer to go to those other top guilds.
