Her imagination not being correct aside, yeah, she'll probably be fine. It's not so much the shaking as it is the slow rolling of waves. People don't usually get seasick in small boats. But for a ship like the one on the poster, it takes very large waves to even affect it at all. So people mostly get seasick in the medium sized boats. Everyone's different, though, and the better your balance system is, the more likely you are to get seasick.
