@Myorn It's unlikely they really dropped it. They'll be back complaining about the same thing in future chapters. I've seen them do it on a bunch of series, eventually I blocked them so I didn't have to see that bullshit any more.

@sighoon She's wanting to make Kaoru so cute it basically overloads the guy's senses and causes him to not to make the connection that it's actually Kaoru in girl's clothing. And a side of wanting to see Kaoru dressed cutely, thus the picture taking.

But if the guy was attracted to that "girl" enough to ask his friend to set them up for a date, won't making "her" even cuter, make the guy only more interested. From a potentially one time thing it could develop into him pursuing "her". It can be just her having fun in dressing him as a girl like always, but I'm not sure here.
