Sometimes live versions just have that something compared to album ones.
Title: Snow made an angel on the doorstep. The song is about family life in Finland. In the first verse the pov character, a young girl wonders about life and the dark times they live in, while her mother chastises her to keep up and stop day dreaming. The first chorus is about a funeral, describing the father drunk as per usual and the priest getting coffee + sweet roll and someone having decorated the doorstep with flowers. Second verse is about her parents divorcing and the family of now three falling to destitute and finally the mother passing away. The chorus now describes the mother's funeral, the brother this time being drunk and the priest getting coffee + sweet roll again tying it all together as "snow makes an angel on the doorstep". A very positive song when it comes to Finnish music.

Oravan laulu or Makeasti oravainen - the squirrel's song or "sweetly (sleeps) squirrel". A song and poem from Aleksis Kivi's Seitsemän Veljestä - The Seven brothers - novel. It's about how carefree the life of a squirrel must be, compared to us humans forced to the rat race of our society, hilariously called oravanpyörä - squirrel wheel - in Finnish.

Film the song is taken by and sang by the "cast" is Miesten vuoro - The Stream of Life - a movie about "Finnish men in sauna, speaking straight from the heart."

Mod it until it breaks™

In this case, FM Guitars is a company that builds them like that.

Its really innovative. It essentially allows us to play twice as many notes / twice as fast. And we can play two melody lines simultaneously or for instance, bass and melody at the same time.

FM stands for Felix Martin, who is a musician himself.

Another one with him playing:

And on cue, all the classical guitar majors give the look of incredulity.

And they are very talented! 😊

But what I mean is, we can only actuate one string for a given note at a time. Meaning you cannot play two notes on the same string at the same time.

If you push your E2 string down at the third fret...you cannot also push it down at the 7th fret and play a note for both frets. Only one can be actuated, and it will be the one furthest down on the string.

Having two identical fretboards, can allow you to play two notes on the E2 string at the same time. Because there are now two E2 strings and you are able to play with two hands simultaneously.

Naturally, you can use chords to get around this limitation...but two fretboards and two hands still allows twice as many chords at the same time, as well. So my statement is still true...
