Nah. I roughly compared their hair and this guy's hair are longer. Prince's hair don't reach past his jaw and this guy's hair almost reach his shoulders.

There was some other blond guy in the school that MC has beaten up for bullying the schoolgirls but unless he grew his hair, which is possible considering that some time from that moment has passed, it's not him either.
