also what i want more than a 'no dating as an idol' set-up is the moment when our star couple switches up to a first name basis. i can totally see marin shouting 'wacchan' or 'wakkun' from the rooftops and gojo being sooo embarassed but super pleased. god this manga is driving me nuts im melting from all the cheese

Chapter 94, after Gojo ditches the Christmas hotpot. She and Gramps talk about creative types and he is happy that Wakana has her to praise his work.

Seems like memories are really short around here. It hasn’t been very many chapters; how has everyone forgotten about Editor Seno? He’s the one that first brought her cosplay to Mizoue-sensei’s attention. During the hunt for “Princess” it was brought up that as an industry insider he is very familiar with gravure models so should be able to find her. Too bad no one realized she’s not a full time model. Btw, Seno has no way of knowing if she’s underage from her cosplay - one could argue that pro-cosplayers are usually older than Marin because it’s an expensive hobby 🙄 It’s not at all strange or stalkerish that he’s looking for her, with all the hype it would be a HUGE moneymaker for whichever magazine finds her and gets her to model/interview first. I’m sure Gojo’s message will come into play at some point, possibly noticed by Tokio’s team since it stands out as polite.

Too many rabid fans around here that can’t remember the story and can’t just sit and enjoy it.

Ok....? I didn't say none of that. Marin is already a model so she's used to the attention, but Gojo isn't. The issue is people finding out he's the one who's been making all these costumes and being hounded.

ps. The reason people forget is that while this series just recently broke the 3 digit mark, it's because of its release schedule.

So Amane had another reason to block this fool, since this isn't their first weird dm from them. Back in Chapter 101, Page 11 he dmed Amane about becoming a gravure idol. So already proved himself a weirdo, then this new dm was nope.

he is scouting talent. he is asking about their interest in becoming a gravure idol because that is his job. the only thing that is weird about his communications is that he is seemingly not going through any official channels, but when you consider the grassroots cosplay community he is trying to scout from, the odds are that there are no other means to contact them and certainly no agents to meet with. his account is likely publicly identifiable as a magazine editor and theres even a chance he professionally introduced himself in his first scouting message to amane, which we do not see.

i completely understand people's aversion to the character based on the initial look of it and how hard he stans amane, but realistically some people have jobs that require them to do things like this. you can even see him swap between stan mode and work mode as soon as he sees marin, and he only cares that he's blocked because it means he lost his lead on the person he was supposed to scout! id also love to remind people that "princess" is, to the public's knowledge, her "official" cosplay name. it's not a pet name, just what people assume is her stage name as a cosplayer.

frankly, for all we know, he typed two more paragraphs and a formal signature underneath his message- we just hear frantic typing, see some of a message, and then see a send button. we are putting too much stock into a message that may not even be fully written and frankly is pretty polite as-is.

The only change is that, a Blocked user can still see public posts made by the Twitter/X user who blocked them.
All the other restrictions are still applicable (aka , blocked user can't post comments, react or DM that user).

Not a Twitter user (never had an account and never will, FB either) but that sure sounds broken to me.

On the other hand anyone who posts stuff on Twitter or Facebook may has well put it on bill boards across the world. That's really what they're doing anyway. They have willingly chosen to have even less privacy than the nearly none we have already.
