Health issues! That could be a big reason. She might want to end it while she still can in case she gets to a point where she can’t make it anymore.Man I can't believe this is ending next chapter. I know there is a spin off going on but it doesn't feel the same since it is done by a different artist. It feels like authors don't want to take that risk of doing chapters of the main pair being a couple without it stagnating. Thank you for not dropping this despite it getting a simulpub release. Appreciate the translations like always.
Edit: I forgot to mention that Fukuda sensei did have health issues & it changed from bi-weekly to monthly so you have to factor that in. Still an unfortunate news regardless but understandable.
the ending yeah, it wasn't bad the last part, when they started to be together and the finale was a nice ribbon.... BUT holy crap the author milked the f*ck outta the series, it stretched a lot without being subtle at all (waited to get an anime), it irks me how the misunderstanding was made about the confession (at least fireworks works better ffs)That one pulled it off really good. A bit dragging in the making, but after everything is said and done and you look back on it in retrospect, it really put a great closure on their story.
