Last coupe of chapters, they were attacked by neighbors who are normally quite friendly, for no apparent reason.
This chapter, they're looking for answers. And for some reason, they thought to look for answers in a captured villain from a couple of arcs ago - from the traitorous leader of knights.
And the answers they found, are not the answers they were expecting - turns out, two of their friends are actually from a kingdom that was destroyed or something. Now they'll have to hear their side of the story.
