That manga is based on hentai by a different author. There are few differences with side characters and such, but the two biggest changes were the addition of the cram school plotline and the ending, where the FMC realizes her actions were in the wrong and decides to change for the better but also lies to the MC that she sleeps with others because she knows he has a cuck fetish. Whereas in the hentai version, there is no lie, and she actually does so. I assume the author didn't have much leeway to change the story.
In Japan, for example, when you buy a box of cookies, the advertising image of the cookie must be the same in shape and size as the actual cookie inside. In the manga you linked to, “Entanglement: My Truth and Your Lies,” the ending of that manga corresponds to the title, and surely the ending of this manga will be the same; it will correspond to the title, and no matter what happens,MC will stay with his girlfriend. And even though it's not the same author, just the same illustrator, I don't think it will stray too far from that.

Story swings to another direction pretty hard some chapters later. Dude quite openly fucks another girl while the said girl is on the phone with the FMC and FMC masturbates to it. The girl MC fucks concludes that she is indeed fucked in the head (which is something FMC herself acknowledges and wonders why MC is sticking with her still)
He is also in the process of fucking another girl from school. GF starts to take quite a backseat in the story. She also gets borderline raped (very forceful but likes it? Some stupid shit like that) by the 2nd pairs dude
