Sort "what's new" by latest thread [Already implemented]

Would there be a way to order "what's new" by thread creation date? I only see options for post creation date, and I can order a subforum by thread creation date but not the "What's new" section.

Those are the filters on a subforum. I want it on the what's new page (https://forums.mangadex.org/whats-new/).
