I'm guessing Juno have some dungeon trick to recycle stuff in her dungeon or can use her powers to magically multiplicate something, but as explained when she made the rebel guardian it takes her own power, so is not unlimited.
I'm happy that the food part passed, even if the threat of it is still around for the sushi thing, and speaking of that, is very stupid for MC to try and introduce sushi as food to people when he is not a expert chef or want to stick around until the very end, raw food is a risky business even today, imagine in a medieval setting.
