In most realistic scenarios where someone literally came days away to fulfill a request like that and they cancel it, there would be a mark against the trustworthiness of the client and a business might refuse to work with them afterwards for wasted time of precious human resources.

I normally get my stuff from Rawkuma, and sometimes they're tiny, low-resolution raws. I'm no expert and like I said before, I don't do redraws. I just put in a little time for rough translations and that's all I can do. Just about every chapter is no more than an hour or two.

yeah like the Adventurers guilds put it in a Black list, set a group of adventurers specialist in covert operations to investigate him, or just pass the gossip to others guild like Merchants, Blacksmiths, Alchemist, etc just to don't make businesses with him if you don't want to loss money
