Any parasites would be filtered out by the cloth, probably, I'm more concerned with the fact that her shirt is probably still covered in salt water. also I can't imagine you'd get that much liquid from a single small fish like that. still a neat trick though.

Fish parasites generally do not affect humans. That's why eating raw fish is usually okay. Though you should always clean your fish properly before you consume it. This is an emergency though so do whatever it takes to live.
