1. A hatchet is a small axe, so everything is gusto there.
2. You don't need a stone hammer to make a hatchet, but it certainly makes things much easier (leverage and such)
3. A stone saw will dull immediately. There's a reason why most crafted saws were made at least out of copper.

1. I said ADZE and I meant it. An adze is in no way an axe.

2. When working stone without metal tools, a "hammer stone" is used to shape the stone to be made into a tool. "Stone hammer" is either a mistranslation or the mangaka doesn't know his shit.

3. A stone saw will last quite a long time, assuming you knapped it correctly.
