@amamiya426 Stark is the new hero. It's already hinted by his clothes and the title the villagers gave him. However, since this is an era of (relative) peace with no need for a hero, he's now a vanguard. The new party only lacks a cleric because Stark seems to occupy both hero/vanguard and fighter posts simultaneously. The classical D&D full roster party should actually be composed of FIVE members: A knight/paladin (the hero or vanguard in JRPG), a fighter/barbarian/archer (basically a combat specialist), a cleric/healer, a mage, and a rogue/bard/thief. Himmel's party lacked a rogue, although presumably Heiter part-timed in that role judging from his personality. Frieren's party has two mages and it's questionable if they even need a rogue, so with Stark as the vanguard and fighter they only need a cleric next.
