Well, most likely the author helping with the anime production. When season 1 was still in production, Frieren undergo into hiatus because the author was involved with the anime production. There is a reason why there are some new nuances in anime adaptation

I can't read it can't watch it's the issue I have with this manga so good I will not go back tasting lower quality mangas I just read the first few chapters I knew I was gonna cry so I stopped there I already have my own life problems when I don't have something else too do when I wanna taste and see the anime too and I am prepared I'm gonna give it a try but just from few pages I knew it was a good manga to read

This series really got popular. Everywhere I look, there're fan arts of the characters. Even more so, hentai arts and doujin of the heroines Ubel, Fern, Methode, and Freiren.

Throwback to the times when pandemic just started and Mangadex still has a popular section in it. This series was top rated yet was not that well received.

I think the anime explained demon's nature well enough, and they skipped almost nothing from the manga. The anime ended on chapter 60, so you can read from chapter 61 to get ahead of the anime.
