Mmm...not very good, even as the MC had a way of life and decided to self destruct, in a dumb way too.
The plot could be used for a serie, but from a mangaka better than this one in deploying a story, or if this guy think more on it.

can't see this going for very long when the oneshot is any indicator of how interesting the story is or will be.

the oneshot has this whole another self theme going, but doesn't really do anything with it.
the other self feels more like just another girl with similar characteristics to the MC instead of being a reflection.

Despite having potential it’s too confusing, there’s already big contradictions. First of all they are like twins, second of all MC likes heroine and heroine likes him, third of all in the end the heroine is supportive of the twins going out with each other when she obviously had feelings for him, what the hell with the sudden switch?
Nothing really explained either...

They are very similar in personality and appearance as she’s a clone of him but in female form.. so suggesting them as a couple is a bit weird... I still liked to see this a series though if they fix the huge plot issues. It was cool seeing the twins fight each other to claim their existences.

I'm slightly bemused as to where this was supposed to be going.

In retrospect the cover strongly suggests self-cest (which I'm glad didn't really come to fruition) and it certainly seemed to be heading vaguely that way for a couple pages, but I assume if one was actually into such things the end would ultimately be unsatisfyingly un-self-romantic: Feels like he's bros with himself at the end.

On the other hand—if that wasn't the point, what was?

If it's supposed to be introspective and philosophical it didn't go quite deep enough, if it's supposed to be a parody it didn't poke fun enough... Like it's protagonist, it feels like it throws in the towel before quite getting to the point of things.

On the other hand, while I can't really form a strong opinion of whether I'd want to see more without having any clue as to where the author was going, the character dynamics were not uninteresting.

I dunno this almost went somewhere if only it was planned a little better. I had to go back as I was confused as to who the girl was since she came out of nowhere. the scans are also blurry, I wouldn't recommend looking at them for too long.
