As people have mentioned, 31 is a duplicate of 29. I'm not sure if this is happening with everyone else, but 31 is being displayed for me as 30 by the reader, and the actual page 30 is not being shown at all, despite it actually being in the folder on the server. It looks like the duplicated page is actually page 31. The actual page 29 also appears to be missing, but it does not appear that the correct page has been uploaded. So, if I am correct, the reading order is page 28, [the missing page 29], page 30 (shown below), the duplicated page 29/31, page 32, donation page.

Edit: Never mind. Looks like it's been fixed since I opened it however long ago.

Edit again: They just removed page 31. Looking at the raw, I was correct. The duplicated page is actually supposed to be 31, and page 29 is missing. The actual (raw from LHScans) page 29 and the translation (from the LHTranslation landing page for the chapter) are shown in the spoiler tag below:
