It is skippping quite a few whole books of the novels and some parts that were also on the tv series, including some major plot pieces that explain their behaviour in the last two thirds, but it is still good.

This manga is a beautiful work of art and romance with a blend fantasy, highly recommend however I can't recommend the mangadex version. Only 35 translated chapters despite there being over 100, and the quality of the translation is below sub-par. The group that did it seems to have botched it pretty badly, so go somewhere else if you wanna experience the actual story and understand what you're reading.
