I don't get this manga. FMC is obviously in love with MC who likes her back and it's shown she likes him because she Splits. So.. why aren't they going out again?

Protagonist needs to man up and say he likes her, but probably thinks he's taking advantage of her situation or some bullshit so he's going to let the situation dangle until the author decides to end it.
