Here's my attempt at summarizing the whole discussion, most of these aren't mine:

Ichika (short hair)
Pro:
-Character development in this arc fits what Ichika would do (more self-care)
-She says that she's not gonna let Miku get an easy win
-Might be pressured from other sister's in a competition to reach Fuutarou first
-Personality fits
Con:
-none yet

Nino (butterfly hairpins)
Pro:
-She does want to get closer with Fuutarou
Con:
-She would want Fuutarou to know that it was her and using the Itsuki disguise wouldn't make sense

Miku (headphones)
Pro:
-She is the most forward of the quints
Con:
-She would also want Fuutarou to know that it was her
-She already played her turn in this arc

Yotsuba (ribbon bunny ears)
Pro:
-Clumsy personality fits kisser's action - falling, half-planned kissing attempt, -cute NO WHAT AM I DOING MIKU IS MY WAIFU-
Con:
-none yet
Extra notes:
-She's a mysterious character.
-Negi have not shown us her inner thoughts.
-She's the furthest from Fuutarou right now but then again, we don't know what she's thinking.

Itsuki (star hairpins) (literally what everyone is disguising as) (this is a long one)
Pro:
-She speaks formally in the raws but, in the future, no one spoke formally. Either she fixed her habit or she is the bride who is with Fuutarou. If that's so, along with the quote "five years ago, they'd already-" it implies that Itsuki was the kisser and five years later she's the bride.
-She have not made any progress so this is a fitting time.
-Might get pressure from realizing Miku is her competition
Con:
-Her relationship with Fuutarou is currently "friendly"
-Negi (author) is known to break cliches - what if this is a red herring and it really isn't Itsuki?
-Is busy eating chicken right now

Oh wow that's a lot... I'm making another poll about wether this is harem ending or not so Wait a bit.

I spend way too much time on this series.

I wish for it's to be Yotsuba but, that hand gestures hint seriously makes me conviced that it's Miku.
My personal ranking on who kiss Fuutarou and why:
1. Miku: that gestures damn it
2. Ichika & Nino: both find a good resolves to kiss him and both also have tried to kiss him before
4. Itsuki: literally 2nd page of scramble eggs ⑦, too deep in friend zone
5. Yotsuba: fuck I don't want to admit this but, as mysterious as she is, I believe she is the type that would be straightforward in this kind of situation (waifu sense tells me)

5. I'm gonna guess who was the kisser.

5.1. Yotsuba is a wild card.

5.1.1. She shows no romantic interest to Fuutarou, at least yet.
5.1.2. Negi isn't showing us her inner thoughts which just makes her harder to predict.
5.1.3. Her hiding her personality cannot be ruled out since she's such a mystery. For all we know, she could be hunting for Fuutarou from the start but was hiding behind her cheerful, airhead mask.
5.1.4. She was only foreshadowed to like Fuutarou twice in the entire series. I tried looking for the pages but I gave up so correct me if I'm wrong and trust my words.

Conclusion: Yotsuba can't be predicted.

5.2. I'm ruling Nino and Miku out.
As much as I wished that it was Miku, it simply does not makes sense.

Nino
5.2.1.1. She would want Fuutarou to know that it was her.
5.2.1.2. Considering that she'd barge in the mix bathing to tease Fuutarou, I doubt that she'd run away
5.2.1.3. It's not her personality. I don't think she would try to tip toe to try and kiss Fuutarou then push him to reach his lips.

Miku
5.2.2.1. She'd also want Fuutarou to know that it was her.
5.2.2.2. She's quite patient in taking it step-by-step so I doubt that she would take another action so quickly.

5.3. Itsuki is ruled out as well.

5.3.1. Her relationship with Fuutarou now is "friendly"
5.3.2. She's supporting Miku so I don't think backstabbing is her way.
5.3.3. She's busy eating chicken.

5.4. Ichika is the most likely candidate.

5.4.1. She haven't taken her first step yet
5.4.2. She's conflicted with her emotions. On one part, she want to help Nino as the eldest. On another part, this arc has developed her character to be more self-care so for all we know, this could be her character development.

I went for more of the "process of elimination" way of predicting.
