It's nice to see Yor finally admit it but I still don't think Loid actually loves her in the same romantic way. I do think Loid is "falling in love" with the idea of settling down and having a normal family since he seems to genuinely appreciate the time he spends with Yor and Anya but I don't see him developing romantic feelings for Yor, at least not yet. Maybe once Yor finally works up the gumption to try and actually seduce Loid for real we'll start to see cracks in his armor and he'll upgrade from platonic family man to full blown lover and father.
I would argue that he's getting there. It's already readily apparent that for as much as she exasperates him, Anya
is his daughter. Within the first 10 chapters he nearly sabotaged Operation Strix to protect her and nearly punched out that rich fatso in the process. And he has repeatedly taken himself above and beyond to look out for Anya's safety and happiness.
Yor also means something to him as more than an asset to the mission, but as another comment made apparent he still hasn't entirely opened himself up to forming unguarded relationships with other people. Which I think is going to be a laugh riot when it finally happens; it's easy to play the part when you're emotionally divorced from the whole thing, but when you actually
like the other person? Fat chance of keeping your head on straight.
