Holy shit. This series went from okay to pretty good until chapters 90 onwards when it hit fucking peak territory. I didn't think the author would be so bold as to actually write a good leveling series. Incredible.

It's ight, not sure what else to say. Really good in the beginning, quickly devolved. Especially in the Demon King arc. It was really intriguing and inspiring, the idea of him constantly dying over and over so that no one else dies. The unnoticed hero and all that jazz, and then somehow the main female character starts crying on his shoulder as if she can somehow sense what was happening and it's just like, eh. Not really necessary and it felt like an extremely forced way to introduce a connection between the two. And it just so happens that the Demon King was actually a uniquely beautiful girl, and that obviously means he won't kill her despite her horrific crimes that far outweigh the first person he killed. And badabing badaboom, now she's his slave. That leads into my next point.

Another thing I've noticed is that EVERY female is good or has a traumatic backstory. While every man so far, besides the protagonist, is a loser, a weeaboo, or weaker than their female counterpart. Just generally making the men, besides male mc, in the story look like losers and/or helpless while the females are badass and strong. And the one "man" main character that isn't patronized or made fun of looks like a little girl and is constantly feminized, so... Y'know, a pretty good indicator of what type of story this is. Oh, I guess there's also the old man swordsman, but not nearly enough focus on him besides, of course, when he was an enemy.

If I hadn't continued after the first arc, probably would have been a solid 7/10. Now though, I'd give it... a very shaky 3/10. It sucks too, I kept hearing how absolutely amazing this story was and when I actually took the time to read it, I was just left disappointed.

This is garbage and boring. MC is pathetic AF. Lost complete interest after 10 chapters.

Breaking down the story, I think it was done very well. The Mc was a broken man but took destiny in his own hands.
Many may disagree like- [why doesn't he abuse his powers more?] .Well, because he cares for others and doesn't have time for that. His true strength is when he empathizes with most characters, he finds a solution because he is in charge.

Amazingly well made, kept my attention from the start to the end.

Plot: 9/10 - Honestly wasn’t sure about it at the beginning, it looked like another boring story about being able to turn back time, the main character may abuse his abilities of dying to reincarnate but it doesn’t feel forced, there’s always a reason and meaning to why he does the things he does.

Characters: 10/10 - The characters all feel unique, especially the spirit that’s always with him. At first I thought that he was a useless character that will probably be forgotten in the next 30 or so chapters, but I was proven wrong. The way the author finds a way to utilize the characters in the story in a natural way, providing comedic relief when needed, and still be serious is amazing.

Setting: 9/10 - The setting felt poorly made at first, but it’s clear in the later chapters that this has been well thought out, the past of the characters, the reason as to why they’re in the towers and the choices they make due to the environment around them is amazing, it is further elevated thanks to the amazing author made for floors 21 above. Though I know that having Gongja be chosen for every floor wouldn’t make sense, I would’ve loved to see him clear every floor.

Themes: 10/10 - The author is able to ensure that the values of Gongja is kept throughout the story despite being directly contradictory his actions. “I can’t kill someone who feels regret.” But he kills himself regularly, and yet he doesn’t abuse it, he purposefully kills himself without using his aura to feel pain and ensure that he doesn’t forget about his moral values. In my opinion, the author was able to capture how someone with a Martyr complex would act with the ability to sacrifice himself nonstop while still keeping the story interesting and natural.

Originality and Creativity: 8/10 - The first few chapters may have felt very common and methodical, but shortly afterwards, the author has shown that there is more to this story than what we see, the difference between this and every other regression stories out there is how the author portrays the main character’s experience.

Overall rating: 9.2/10 - While I would love to say this is a masterpiece, unfortunately the story has a rocky start, I wouldn’t have gone to finish this story up to it‘s latest chapters if I wasn’t extremely bored with nothing to do. However, I am so glad and thankful I did take the time and opportunity to finish this up to chapter 115.
Definitely a must read, just keep your expectations low to ensure the best possible experience.
