I remember that one, though forgot its name. This manga reminds me of it immediately.What's interesting for me is that there is another manga that is reeeeeeeeaaaaaally similar with this one.
The difference would be:
- Weak MC being abused by party members
- Entered a "high level" dungeon, ended up being used as a bait
- Fell into a hole, ended up beside a holy tree/Yggdrasil (this is what makes the two of them real similar)
Trained by the guardian deity, becomes powerful
- MC gets accompanied by the personification of Yggdrasil itself (physical body) and the guardian deity (by residing inside one of his eyes)
- His goal was to help it find its siblings which is the other Yggdrasil
