I am crying so much. I love how the author has shown everyone's life circumstances

I'm not a very emotional person. Most sad/tragic manga gives me a prickle in the eyes and that's about it, with a few notable exceptions. This is one of those exceptions. By halfway through the first chapter I was starting to tear up. By the end of the first chapter I was fully crying, and had to calm myself down for a few minutes before I could see well enough to keep reading. As soon as I started the second chapter I began crying again, and I cried all the way through it. I had to take a break for the rest of the day. Today I picked it back up again, and read the last three and a half chapters. They did not make me cry like the first two did (though they did make me tear up), but rather made me happy. Unlike the first two that were filled with a little joy and a lot of sorrow and regret, the final three were the reverse, and were filled with love of life. I am truly glad I read this series, and I can confidently say that it is one of my favorite works of art that I have ever experienced. I hope I will remember it for a long time.
