With brussel sprouts I feel like most of the time they are just cooked horribly and are hard with the bitter aftertaste still entact but I can totally understand why people wouldn't like them hahaMy wife often finds chances to stuff her latest creation in my mouth. "Here, try this. Don't look at it too closely. Just open your mouth.". Often it is delicious, but she thinks if she cooks Brussel sprouts in a different way I will eventually love them. Also some of her Korean creations are too spicy. When I cook a special meal I always bring the first bite to get her feedback and I sometimes feed it to her.
