I liked Shuui no Image to Gap no Aru Futari / It's Not What It Looks Like for a similar "not what you're expecting" story. Some but not a lot of sexual innuendo. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated here for two years. The Mangadex entry says "ongoing" but I don't know the real status.
