Another Dowman Sayman rollercoaster with an awesome finish. Looking back at it, I feel really bad for Chihaya. Her entire existence is a result of Ouka's desires with those very desires compelling her to love Ouka no matter what. The very purpose of her being necessitated her to chase Ouka for her own gratification but she was never meant to actually reach Ouka. When she finally does and as a result, is left waiting for Ouka, she realizes that she cannot bear a life without Ouka and sees the eternal chase as the best way to satisfy her desires. Even though Chihaya does get what she desires, being created only to love someone for eternity is pretty fucked up. Ouka getting bamboozled in the end is pretty much karmic justice for the innumerable amount of Chihayas that died playing her game.
Thank god for Dowman Sayman.
