A few things I missed on the first read: they basically just timeskipped to March. Komura said his exam results would not be posted until March. They have less than a month in middle school together left. They also completely skipped valentine's day, though Mie did say they would have a nice big valentine's day after his test results.

And if you look at the last page, Sayo (Komura's mom) is packing away that sushi. She's got the most plates by far.
