Almost everything for this coming season is there, minus the "longer" ones like Black Clover, One Piece, and Boruto (which are all starting back up as well if those are of interest). Since you mentioned "Slice of Life", there do show genre. If you want comedy with "romantic potential" , then Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai will be fun.

This is what I'm planning to watch, but I may not follow through the whole way with them

Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu 2nd Season - I actually didn't like the first season when I started watching it, but a friend recommended I stick with it all the way. Halfway through I was hooked and am excited for the 2nd season.

Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Kan - I like all the characters in this series, but it's been so long that I kinda forgot a lot of the plot. I should probably rewatch the first two seasons, tbh.

Sword Art Online: Alicization - War of Underworld Part 2 - I kept up with SAO even though I hated the 2nd half of the first season and didn't like Gun Gale Online. Alicization reminds me a lot of the beginning of the series. I am excited to see how this ends.

Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e Kayou - It's basically an isekai, but I've been reading the manga and have enjoyed it. If you aren't into isekai or overpowered MCs, skip it.

The God of High School - I tried to read this webtoon a long time ago, but ending up forgetting about it during a time when I stopped keeping up with anime/manga. I thought the premise was interesting, so I'm going to be watching the show to see if it's worth the hype.

Kanojo, Okarishimasu - This series is somewhat popular, but it's not really my cup of tea. I'm going to watch it just to see what it's about and if I like it, I'll read the manga.

https://anichart.net is what I use to keep track of shows coming up and it's connected to https://anilist.co if you use that.

Just finished Monster Musume no Oisha-san episode 1 which was pretty good. Can’t wait for Oregairu S3 (obviously) in 3 days. Also, I third Re:Zero S2!

Oregairu S3 soon. Can't wait to see how they'll animate certain scenes from the final volume!
