She's done unlikeable things. She will be unliked. I don't see anything out of the ordinary here. It's ok to care for each other in different ways but how you go about preserving that relationship is what matters and Jiejie is doing it horribly. She's far from unredeemable but her current behavior leaves a bad taste in people's mouths. At this point JieJie could save a puppy and people would be upset. I've seen more hate than for characters who actually do terrible things. Kind of funny and revealing at the same time--also not surprising.
Still, I hope they have a talk next chapter though. They both still clearly care about each other very much, even if it's not romantic (yet). That haunted house is serious. I wouldn't be able to handle that either but I have to respect the production.
what else there is to more hate than "actual terrible thing". this is not the story involve killing, or cheating. At this point JieJie could save a puppy and people would be upset. There's not much to hate. Hates not necessary. That's more the point. Whenever a character rejects another they suddenly lose all benefit of doubt for some people. Everything becomes an issue and every action is overly scrutinized. There will be explanations for why it's justified "this time," but it's always the same regardless. The underlying impetus feels the same, coming from the same place. That's more of what I'm getting at.what else there is to more hate than "actual terrible thing". this is not the story involve killing, or cheating.
bruh it's not like we're wishing the worst for this character; it's not even "hate" ...we can criticize actions lolThere's not much to hate. Hates not necessary. That's more the point.
