Thank you for the translation.

This manga started off with everyone being extremely overpowered, so it becomes hard to create a story line with weak enemies. Our MC could have dealt with everything in this chapter by using his sand power creatively, but to illustrate some kind of power levelling he just does not know the full extent of what his power can do, and... it has been done better.
The power system doesn't make any sense to begin with. It's a "banished from..."-style story, but the MC is cast out while being extremely powerful and proficient from the start, right into a place where he is even stronger.

Can't he just summon quicksand ??? and trapped them both ??? or summon solid but sharp sand from the ground and and stabbed them ???? hell can't he even just put sand in their mouth and suffocate them lungs ??????

It's hard to get people to think creatively with powers.

Like I remember playing a game of BESM, I had a power based on luck while everyone else had normal powers. Plane we are on is falling out of sky, everyone else with fire, water, etc powers couldn't figure a way out, so I said, So I'm going to leverage some these special limited dice to create a sphere of godly good luck around just our team which would put the plane in direct contact with absolute bad luck. DM loved that. A few other players on the other hand was like, "You can't do that! Luck is for small things like walking through a torrent of gunfire without getting hit."

It always kills my interest in a story when they introduce something and then its the immediate story point of the chapter, like his sister this chapter. Such contrivances make it feel like the author planned nothing about the manga besides the original concept and is now scrambling for ideas to keep it going, aince they didnt expect to succeed in the first place.

I'm fine with some tropes being reused but Japan always does this for some reason even though nobody likes it or wants it they always do it.
