Since it's been established now that not all kisses result in multiplying super ball girls, this is something Ichiyoshi can try to leverage to get Cherry back. He has to discover that first, though. Not to mention he has no idea where she is now. I'm thinking she might be with her unnamed third daughter from before the pool incident.

The other guys who got forcibly kissed but didn't get excited were probably in a fulfilling, loving and devoted relationship already. Or just in a relationship with an even hotter girl. Or even simpler, just didn't swing the way Sara thought they did. (i.e. they were gay, so her kiss did nothing)
