Their new handler Satsuki made a point not to say Eliza was a hero unlike Autumn and Chrys. It's true that she was defeated, but she also helped before that boss fight. The side ship teasing(?) continues with Chrys and the kid.

I probably shouldn't be trying to think about this too much, so far it's mostly an excuse to draw girls in questionable mid-air poses when it's not about ero-guro.

uhhm so if Eliza managed to recover from the eye ball she no longer wear the combat suit right? that means we have find a solution to get rid combat suit without alerting the authority or activated the suit mechanism that will inject the girl with chocolate if they try to take off the suit. just escape via eye balls and recover from there?

all they had to do next is wait for right opportunity to grab the MC, and escape together. the authority cannot be trusted but the MC and the girls probably too dumb to realize that

Plot of this manga is still like the Gremlins. They are basically at the part of the movie where the main characters are fighting off mogwai as the mogwai cause havoc.
