Was curious about her hair for a while. Thought it's just a margin of error, or maybe, how do they say, artistic freedom. Didn't know there is an actual way to do this. Good to know

I'm pretty sure she heard everything.

She told him her age because that's what he and the manager were talking about.
She said "think about that when you're on your way home" because she heard him say that he usually does that (pg 6).

But the fact that she heard everything also means that she knows the context to his panicked "confession": he was forced to answer the ever popular love/hate false dilemma by the manager, which obviously means nothing.

Edit: Also in the extra we see that she's literally there eavesdropping...
