First, lets head to an Inn. Most likely, inns are safe zones in the game mechanics, unaffected by outside interference...

We also don't yet KNOW it's a racist town. It could be that outsiders/non-humans bring trouble, if only because they get targeted by thugs and slavers (who might not hesitate to harm anyone in the way). Especially if it's a bordertown with lax laws. People can turn a blind eye to a lot of horrible things to keep themselves safe.
Or maybe they have a reason to be prejudiced to non-humans, like "the evil-elf empire teamed up with the evil-beastman tribes and attacked the human kingdom 100 years ago" or something. That said, it's an isekai fantasy series, so shallow mono-culture races are the norm, and humans not liking non-humans is just how it is.

The above is just a long-winded way of saying "I'm going to wait and see where this goes before making a judgement on what the people of this world (or at least in this region) are actually like".
Also remember that our MC was thrown off the high elves floating island because she had the wrong coloured eyes and hair. People being terrible seems to be a bit of a theme so far.

"from lv 10 onward, it takes a year to lv up once" ... how? it clearly isn't that hard if you understand the strength of the monster you hunting and it just a matter of grinding, even if you are caution, it shouldn't take few months to lv up from 10-15
Even if solo, if you know how to set trap, surely even you can solo the pig monster.

Imagine this:
-You (you, not manga you) are hungry
-You have a bow
-You know of prey
-you ARE going to hunt

-What would you hunt?:

-A deer OR -A Kodiak bear

One gives you weeks of good meat and 0.1 Exp.
The other gives you bad meat, a promise of game ending and 1000 Exp.

And that's why lvl 15 is soft locked, I think.

in the Scribblehub novel? its actually really good (for someone looking into reading a lesbian incest romance novel) at the start, at least through chapter 22 before it degenerates into just the Context for Smut.

My problem is it sets up alot of interesting shit and just, Doesnt do anything justifiable with it. Hell it ends with the MC NOT Achieving their life's goal. if i hadnt read both Blood Princess: Kill them All and Roll Over and Die by Kiki on here as well as much better novels as a whole, i would assume the author of Syrilblia is themselves a militant lesbian rather then just a bad writer.

no. Same author and multiverse but Ayano's Patron is actually competent, where as Lugh's legitimately is trying to Dartboard a problem she made for herself and has no idea what shes doing.

Ayano's Deity is also leasing souls. Death in the Game just shunts conciousness back into the players, where as the people that Lugh's was taking the souls of annually were dead without a destination or current purpose.
