Aside from bringing her camping gear she's also got on practical clothing. Imagine being summoned in heels and a mini skirt or some other less helpful outfit then having to go camping/surviving. Best part is the leggings, even though most transmigration/isekai have the person change their quality clothing out for whatever that world's clothing is so they fit in I hope she keeps hers.

Are we just gonna ignore the fact that there are two moons? No we are not as that is a common way of showing you are in a different world.
Are we just gonna ignore the fact that you can see stars through one of the moons? Yes because it looks cool.
Are we just gonna ignore the fact that there are two suns? Yes.
You can see that the two moons are in different phases, and therefore the sun is in a different spot relative to them both. In one of them, the sun would be directly behind the planet, whereas the other sun would be towards the left somewhere in space. Even if there were two suns, the two moons would not have vastly different phases. But why would I care, I'm just reading this because it is female isekai, which on average is 1.5 times better than male isekai.

Looked at a bit of the source WN intro.
