If your rice is cooked well, it will not be soggy, and I still recommend using chili oil with the chili crisps instead of butter

Also I forgot to add, I only ever saw rice being "soggy" when you use too much water when cooking rice, even putting rice on soup, (not soup on rice, completely different) will not make rice soggy unless you let it soak for a while

Ahhh, that would make sense! I think I was worrying the tomatoes would add too much moisture while cooking, but since they're still in the skins it'd be self contained, huh.
