@Scrabbleman technically speaking, the world is not a game world, its an alternate world *based* on the game world, but theres no game mechanics, as its a *real world* ... the MC can even live the rest of his (her) life there unless he gets with the "protag" ... but not because its a game world, but rather because god said so. theoretically, even if he got with the protag, he should be able to ask god to remain in this world anyway, or return to his world but remain as a girl (and maybe even bring protag with em) ... tho hes 30+ yrs old, he probs doesnt have many friends, he can just stay in that world (and frankly, i hope he does, that would be an epic end)

in otherwords, the world is not only real to the "characters" but its real to him (her) as well. as it is a literal real world, its only based on the game, its not the game itself
