Story's been fine so far. I'm hoping for more to this then a 180 turnaround on almost being raped/beaten cause that would be next level stupid.

We'll probably get the big reveal that she is either 1. Also a reincarnator or 2. Not actually a nice and sweet girl but maybe a mastermind that somehow baited him to do that so she could have something to keep his household in check? But since he has changed she might be trying a different approach?

Because I do NOT see her forgiving him that easy for trying to sexually assault her with a knife.

This is a Japanese term for girls who fall in love easily after being complimented a little.

Lilith is also described as being as such since she started to like Weiss after he healed her dsspite hkm whipping her moments before.

Part of the gag of this story is how many characters in this world fall under a certain cliche and trope and Weiss doing his best to avoid fallijg under it or try to exploit it to his advantage.

How is this logical you may ask?

It isnt really. She is just incredibly naive a trait she shares with the Hero/Protagonist and they are meant to represent the Dumbass Mc trope.

In my opinion, it should have been a slow burn for her to forgive him and realize he's a different person morally now; like yeah, we, as the audience, know he is a completely different person inhabiting that body and would never do that. But from her perspective, a person who literally tried to rape her is apologizing to her for his actions. That's way too serious for her to just forgive him like that, even for fiction, especially one that takes itself seriously.

I think everyone assuming he tried to rape her is jumping to conclusions. Based on what we've seen and been told so far, it's as likely that he was trying to whip her as he did to Lilith at the start... Not that such is better per say, but they are distinctly different courses of action so we should wait and see if it's clarified.

only logical explanation I can think of would be the farfetched "she was actually secretly really into it/him the whole time" but is actually unhinged in some way? idfk ya its weird. She's gotta be crazy somehow
