I don't really fond of those ridiculous skills with queues of debuffs or buffs on manga like this and even on early chapters. What I like though, that Milk still can beat him even with it, so at least we know it's not too BS that even his teacher was having a hard time against her apprentice. Which is actually rather reasonable for the story.
