regressor's instruction manual fits the bill pretty handily. kiyoung is a manipulative, shameless machiavellian bastard who has really weak stats and potential but makes up for it with two abilities unique to him. one is your typical appraisal system except it slanders and insults him at every opportunity in its description pages, the other makes dangerous women predisposed to falling for him

almost every member of his harem (including the titular regressor, who is a guy) is an insane lunatic with monstrous potential in one way or another and he has to use their power for his schemes without getting swallowed by their respective obsessions with him. they commit crimes on a constant basis, it's just that kiyoung typically tries to paint himself as a saint in the public eye rather than the two-faced snake he actually is in private

i enjoyed it, but much like this series it does heavily allude to offscreen sexual assault at times, though rather than the protagonist doing so, it's his whole harem being the perpetrators. it was very uncomfortable given it was mostly played for comedy ie. "karmic justice" for a villain mc
